SHIPPING SCHEDULES
UMAC KC will ship a container of Balikbayan boxes from our Kansas City warehouse direct to the Philippines twice a month. Currently our container schedule usually leaves every 2nd and 4th week of each month. We suggest to our customers to give at least 2-3 months of delivery depending on which region the addressee live. Please be patient since we cannot control the shipment once it leaves our warehouse. Some instances deliveries are delayed due to many unforeseen issues like weather, custom inspections, clearance, port congestions, container shortage, labor strike etc… Also, it’s important to know that our boxes are first come first serve, so it’s always better to have your boxes in our warehouse before the scheduled shipment.
PICK UP SCHEDULE
To our valued customers please call your UMAC agent to schedule a pickup or drop off. We have agents in different cities and small towns in the state of Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Iowa that you can contact. For customers in Kansas City metropolitan, we usually have pickup once or twice a week in various areas and this includes 30-45 minutes’ drive from our warehouse. Anyone is welcome to drop off their boxes at our warehouse by appointment.
