Our Story
Our roots go back to 1988, when the company began as Forex Cargo. We knew from day one that this business would take a lot of hard work — but we took it on anyway, to help modern-day heroes working abroad make sure the fruits of their labor reached their families back home in the Philippines.
Decades later, our company has grown and our business has evolved, but our motivation hasn’t changed. We’re still driven by the same goal: helping our kababayans get their care packages to the people they love, on time and intact. Today, UMAC KC proudly serves as an authorized UMAC company partner, based right here in Kansas City.

Our Box
We offer one size — the JUMBO box — measuring 24″ x 17″ x 24″. It’s built from durable, high-quality 2-ply corrugated packaging carton for heavy-duty use, double-strapped with polyester cord for extra protection during shipment and transfers, and labeled with tracking numbers on all four sides for fast, accurate scanning.
