UMAC KC Balikbayan service have agents and representatives in most major cities and towns within our jurisdiction that covers four US states namely Kansas, Missouri, Iowa and Nebraska. If you don’t know anyone in your area please give us a call. For small towns and remote areas, we have monthly scheduled route and one of our staff comes around to pick up boxes in those states. We will try our best to accommodate you if your area is not on our regular route.
