I never had any problem when the box reached the final destination , it's delivered on time and calls and let recipients know about the delivery. We have been working with Jojo Orlanes here in Kansas and Missouri for several years for our personal Balikbayan boxes and for transporting our medical mission supplies and outreach projects. Jojo is very prompt with his communication and timely with his pick up. The boxes that are shipped to the Philippines are intact and thank you for extra straps that UMAC adds to secure the boxes.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  I and my husband are very satisfied with the UMAC Services here in Lenexa, Kansas. We are new to this place ( 3 years) and UMAC was our first and would be our forever Forwarder,  because….  shall we say it “You don't get a second chance to make a first impression”. UMAC got our TRUST during our first box sent to our homeland. That’s why we cannot afford to find another forwarder than UMAC. Thank you UMAC for the Good Service and Keep up the good work.
